From Oct. 3-7, Penske will celebrate Customer Service Week to thank associates at call centers, rental counters and more for all they do to move our customers forward.

Now an international celebration, Customer Service Week celebrates the important role of customer service and recognizes those who deliver it.

In 1992, the U.S. Congress proclaimed Customer Service Week a nationally recognized event, celebrated annually during the first full week in October.

This week, Penske will feature some of our associates who deliver excellent customer service. Follow our social media accounts throughout the week for our spotlight series.
