How Prepaying Works

Choose your truck size, pickup location and drop-off location.

2. Select Pay Now & Save

During checkout, choose the Pay Now & Save option for your lower rate.

3. Complete your reservation

Once complete, your rental is confirmed and ready for pickup on your scheduled date.

Pay Now & Save Terms & Conditions

The discount applied to Penske Pay Now rates is applicable only to the one-way truck rental rate. The Pay Now discount does not apply to taxes, fees, surcharges and add-ons. Offer is available at participating locations in the U.S.

A credit or debit card is required for payment to guarantee the Pay Now rate. Pay Now rates will be charged the full cost of the reservation upon reservation confirmation. Method of prepayment toward your rental may not be changed after confirmation. If payment is unsuccessful when making the reservation, Penske reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Additional charges and fees may apply, as set forth in the Rental Agreement Cover Sheet and accompanying Terms and Conditions (including without limitation vehicle damage, fuel, taxes, tolls, and violations) provided to you at the point of rental.

Offer is subject to vehicle availability at the time of rental and may not be available on all rates, including some online rates at Pensketruckrental.com. Pay Now offer is subject to change without notice. Holiday and other blackout periods may apply.

Failure to timely cancel a reservation at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance, or failure to pick up the vehicle at the designated reservation time, may result in a $100.00 cancellation charge. This cancellation charge may be deducted by Penske from any prepayment refund due to you or be charged to your card by Penske as a separate charge. In order to pick up the vehicle at the designated reservation time, all rental terms, conditions, and qualifications must be satisfied, even if you have made a prepayment of some or all of the estimated charges.
